Organize around your equipment
Start with a tool, device, or set of components that needs a consistent home. We review custom drawer inserts, benchtop organizers, and small equipment holders. Show the current setup and explain what gets misplaced, interferes with another task, or takes too long to put away.
Measure the object and the available space
Supply the equipment dimensions, weight, grip and release points, and any cables that need access. For a drawer, measure the usable inside space and closing clearance. For a mounted holder, include the mounting surface, fastener pattern, and permitted attachment method.
Check the daily interaction
The first version should answer a practical question: can someone retrieve the item comfortably, return it consistently, and carry out the adjacent task? Trial it with the actual equipment. A photo of an interference point and a measured adjustment make the next revision more useful.
Keep the scope practical
Tell us about impact, heat, liquids, cleaning products, and expected loading. Machine guards, lifting fixtures, and safety equipment are outside the launch offering. Materials, mounting, and acceptance criteria are reviewed before a holder moves into production.
